Herd Hero of the Week – May 15th

Today we’re happy to announce Maureen “Moe” Sturgeon as our Herd Hero of the Week. Sturgeon, a Paramedic, was nominated by Steve Leslie for her commendable efforts in her field each and every day. On behalf of Moose Country we would like to thank Moe for everything she does to not only help the members of our community but for her genuine care for individuals.

We’re asking you to help us salute the everyday hero in your life who has made a difference for you or someone you know by selecting them to be our Herd Hero. We are taking nominations and will proudly name one hero per week on our website and on our social media platforms.

Maybe it’s a police officer or a healthcare worker. It could be someone who is working a take-out window, stocking shelves at a grocery store or a delivery driver. We’re looking to give some much deserved recognition to anyone who is still working in an essential service role and putting their health on the line to make a difference for all of us.

We all have someone we know who has risen to the occasion and can be considered a hero. Please fill out the form below with all of the required information to help us spread some good news in Moose Country.
