QMJHL Team of the Week | 2019-2020 | Week 9

Boucherville, QC – Here are the QMJHL players that stood out the most during the week ranging from November 11 to 17, 2019. Justin Barron of your Halifax Mooseheads was given the nod as one of the top defencemen this week after his one goal and three assist production in three games played. Barron helped the Mooseheads take five-out-of-six possible points on a road trip through Blainville-Boisbriand, Val d’Or and Rouyn-Noranda. He scored the game-winning goal on Saturday in a 3-2 victory over the Huskies, had an assist in a 2-1 overtime loss to the Foreurs on Friday and opened the trip with two assists in a 4-1 win over the Armada last Wednesday.

The Mooseheads return to home ice at the Scotiabank Centre on Thursday night at 7pm versus Baie-Comeau while the team will also host Moncton on 90’s Night Saturday at 7pm. The first 4,000 fans will receive collectible Mooseheads Pogs and the night will be a nostalgic experience for everyone in the building.Tickets are available at the Ticket Atlantic Box Office, select Superstore outlets, or charge by phone 902-451-1221.
