Robitaille Scholastic Player of the Month

The Mooseheads final Scholastic Player of the Month award of the season goes to forward William Robitaille.

The 18-year-old from Levis, QC played his rookie year with Halifax in 2020-21, appearing in 20 games with the team after being called up in November. Robitaille maintained an average of above 90% while taking a full workload in CEGEP distance education.

“He’s an outstanding and polite young man who takes his schoolwork extremely seriously,” said Mooseheads Education Advisor Allie MacDonald.

Robitaille was a seventh round draft pick by the Herd in the 2019 QMJHL Entry Draft and scored one goal and three assists this season.

He joins Brady James (February), Brendan Tomilson (January), forward Elliot Desnoyers (December), forward James Swan (November) and defenceman Jake Furlong (October) as players to win the award for the Mooseheads this season.
